以打响中国土地流转"第1枪"的河南省沁阳市西万村为对象,调查了西万村土地流转的过程与效果,分析其完善农村社会保障制度、加强团队合作、发挥带头人作用、结合各地区地形特点与资源状况选择适宜流转方式等成功经验,以期为各地的土地流转提供一定参考。
