Acrorus tatarinowii Schott (ATS), a traditional medicinal herb with neuroprotective potential, requires optimized harvest timing to maximize its bioactive efficacy. This study integrated HS-SPME-GC-MS, network pharmacology, and molecular dynamics simulations to evaluate seasonal variations in volatile components and their therapeutic relevance for neurodegenerative diseases.
