近年来,资金短缺和融资困难已经逐渐成为我国农村经济快速发展的瓶颈.为缓解农户资金短缺问题,农村合作经济组织内资金互助业务悄然兴起,但发展成效却很有限.通过总结部分发达国家合作金融成功发展的经验,对比我国农村合作经济组织开展资金互助合作业务的现状,分析制约其发展的因素,并提出促进资金互助业务健康发展的对策和建议.

In recently years, funds shortage and financing difficulties have become the bottleneck of rapid economic development among China＇s rural areas, in order to solve this problem, mutual funds business of rural cooperatives economic organization is gradually prosperous.
