Antimony (Sb), a non-essential heavy metal, exerts severe toxic effects on the growth and development of plants. This study investigated the response of Brassica napus to Sb(III) stress under hydroponic conditions, focusing on Sb accumulation, physiological indexes, and transcriptome sequencing.
