能力本位视野下,体育表演专业的教育应以从事体育表演职业所必需具备的能力为出发点来确定培养目标,构建合理科学的课程体系与教学体系;教师创新性水平的高低对学生创新能力的培养有着巨大的影响。在能力本位教育实施中,创新性教师的能力培养应放在首位。
