发展现代农业是推进湖南新型工业化和湖南农业发展的必然选择。本文阐述了现代农业的基本范畴,分析了湖南省建设现代农业的制约因素;在深入阐明了建设现代农业和推进新型工业化的战略关系的基础上,从优化提升水稻产业,深化农产品加工业,激励农业科技创新等方面提出了建设湖南省现代农业的措施和建议。
