基于信贷角度,阐述信贷支持农业绿色发展必要性,分析信贷资金支持农业绿色发展的重点与面临的主要问题,探讨信贷支持农业绿色发展的对策建议。结果表明,传统粗放型农业生产方式使得中国农业资源利用率和生产效率低、农产品品质差、农业面源污染严重。农业绿色发展面临内生性和外部性资金供应不足的问题,通过引导信贷资金流入农业绿色生产龙头企业和新型农业经营主体、绿色高效农资和节能高效农机生产企业等领域,提高农业资源利用率、农业生产效率和农产品品质,提升农产品竞争力。然而,信贷支持农业绿色发展缺乏相应配套制度体系、绿色信贷工作体系尚未完善、消费者绿色农产品消费行为疲软等问题...
