农业高质量发展是农业供给侧结构性改革的重要目标,农村基础设施作为乡村振兴的坚实基础,对农业高质量发展有着重要影响。本文从经济效益、生态环境、农业现代化水平和农村发展水平4个维度构造了一个农业高质量发展水平的评价指标体系,利用2000—2018年省级面板数据,分析农业高质量发展水平,同时运用系统广义矩估计方法探讨农村基础设施与农业高质量发展之间的关系。结果表明,2000—2018年各省市农业高质量发展水平稳步提升,且不同农村基础设施对农业高质量发展发挥的作用明显不同。其中水利、通信基础设施对农业高质量发展有显著的正向作用;农村电力、医疗基础设施显著抑制农业高质量发展;交通...

High-quality development of agriculture is an important goal of agricultural supply-side reform.Based on a provincial panel data from 2000 to 2018,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of the high-quality development of agriculture from four dimensions of economic benefit,ecological environment,agricultural modernization level,and rural development level to analyze the high-quality development of agriculture.In addition,this paper also examined the relationship between rural infrastructure and the high-quality development of agriculture by a system generalized method of moments.Res...
