易地扶贫搬迁是打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要途径，探究移民的生计适应性对巩固脱贫攻坚成果具有重要意义。基于可持续生计分析框架，利用湖南省凤凰县实地调研数据，采用多元回归模型、中介效应模型和调节效应模型，分析人力资本对移民生计适应性的影响，探究人力资本对移民生计适应性的作用机制。结果表明，凤凰县移民的健康状态较好，但受教育程度不高，部分家庭抚养负担较重，移民整体人力资本不强。从生计适应性的角度看，移民的社会适应程度较高，心理适应程度偏低，生计适应性不强。人力资本对移民的生计适应性有正向影响，信贷支持在人力资本改善生计适应性的过程中发挥了显著的部分中介作用，...
