In this study, the POD, ATP and EST isozymes from new cytoplasmic male sterile line 1193 A and maintain line 1193 B of Brassica napus L. in the development of flower buds were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were differences in the number of isozyme bands and expression between the male sterile line and the maintain line in the different stages of the growth and development of the flower buds.
