The cadmium pollution investigation of tea trees and soil in northeastern Hunan province tea gardens

目的 近年来,食品的质量安全问题频发,而茶在我国具有悠久的历史,也是日常生活中最常饮用的饮料,因此茶叶的质量安全问题需要得到重视.方法 本文通过野外采样的方式对湖南省东北部部分茶园茶树植株(新叶、老叶、茎)和土壤(0 cm～ 40 cm土层土壤)中的重金属元素镉的含量进行调查,并结合茶园茶叶和土壤的各项卫生质量标准,采用单项质量指数和单因子污染指数法对茶叶和土壤进行污染评价.结果 湖南省东北部茶园89％未受到镉的污染,茶叶中重金属镉的含量均低于国家标准,重金属镉在茶树植株内的含量由茎到老叶到新叶依次降低.结论 土壤少量镉超标不会影响茶叶的品质,不同品种的茶树对镉的吸附性有差异...
