青蒿收割机切割机构的设计主要是对于刀具的设计,常用切割方式有三种,根据青蒿的种植规律和切割茎秆的便利程度,采用链锯式切割。系统的阐述机具机构的结构和工作原理,进行刀具整体的受力情况分析以及链条、单个刀片的受力情况分析。给定适当数据,进行仿真运动;仿真运动分析结果显示：链条、刀片、链轮轴都符合工作要求,机构能顺利完成切割工作。

The primary design of artemisia harvester cutting mechanism is for cutting tool.There are three cutting ways used commonly in machine field.Depending on the artemisia′s planting rules and the convenience of cutting,chain-saw cutting way is finally adopted.The construction and the working principle of the cutting mechanism are expounded and the force sustained by cutting tool,chain as well as single blade are analyzed in the paper.Simulation movements are conducted in given crucial parameter,the result shows that the chain blade sprocket＇s sha...
