The experiment was conducted to study the effects of green tea powder on laying performance, egg quality and cholesterol content in yolk of laying hens.One hundred and twenty 40-week-old green shell laying hens were random- ly assigned to 4 groups with 5 replicates of 6 each.The laying hens of group A were fed with the basal diet,and those of groups B ,C and D were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.4 % ,0.8 % and 1.2 % green tea powder,respectively.
