本文综述了鳡对蛋白质、脂肪及脂肪酸和碳水化合物的营养需求研究进展,并且根据其对赖氨酸的需求以及"必需氨基酸比例法则"推算出鳡对其他必需氨基酸的需求量,为进一步研究鳡的营养需求提供理论依据。
