Effectors, kind of secreted proteins, are widely existed in bacteria, oomycetes and fungi, which plays an important role in the interaction between pathogenic microorganisms and their hosts. Effectors are classified into avirulence effectors(Avr) and virulence effectors(Vir) according to whether pathogen can compatibly interact with its host or not.
