本文运用文献资料法、系统分析法、因果分析等方法,在分析我国农村体育服务体系运行机制内涵基础上,对我国农村公共体育服务体系运行机制系统结构进行解析。研究认为决策机制、创新机制、动力机制、保障机制、监督机制构成农村体育服务体系的运行系统,并对构成运行机制的要素内部关系作出系统阐释,且提出促进农村公共体育服务体系良性运行的建议。
