Simple Summary Recent studies have shown that a large number of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) can regulate various biological processes in animals and plants. However, the roles of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the interaction between plants and viruses is unclear, particularly for the Chinese wheat mosaic virus (CWMV) interaction.
