In order to make glucose oxidase more stable, glucose oxidase was nano-coated by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer reaction. The particle size after coating was(12.4±1.0)nm and the Zeta potential was(+4.2±0.5)mV, as determined by dynamic laser scattering. The stability of glucose oxidase after coating was demonstrated by freeze-thaw cycles, long-term storage and trypsin tests.
