酵母提取物是从酵母源中提取的一种特殊的产品,富含酵母蛋白、细胞壁和核苷酸。大量研究认为,酵母提取物含有的营养和功能性成分具有提高机体免疫力、调节胃肠道功能、抑制病原菌、吸附霉菌毒素等作用。文章就酵母提取物在畜禽生产中的应用做以概况综述。
