研究旨在开发一种发酵糟粕生产高活性、高营养饲料的设备，并采用不同组合菌种发酵不同糟粕的试验来验证该设备的发酵效果。混合糟渣发酵试验：选用啤酒糟、白酒渣、豆渣、酱渣、醋渣按不同比例配制含15％和20％粗蛋白的高低营养配方，采用单一菌种与复合菌种发酵上述2种营养水平的混合糟渣后检测其营养成分、活性物质含量与抗菌力。饼粕发酵试验：在棉粕、菜籽粕、茶籽饼中均添加10％麦麸和10％玉米粉，按10％接种组合菌种发酵，测定发酵后的棉酚、粗蛋白、益生菌、硫苷、茶皂素和氨基酸含量。结果显示，不同组合菌种发酵2种营养水平的糟渣，其营养品质得到很大的改善，蛋白质分别提高8．39％-...

An equipment for producing high ac- tivity and high nutrient feed by fermenting dregs and meals was designed in this study. And the fermentation effect of this equipment was veri- fied by fermentation tests of different strains com- binations with different dregs and meals.
