仔猪肠道易受病原等侵袭,容易发生炎性反应。防御素是先天免疫的主要效应物,在宿主免疫系统中起着重要的作用,其重要性已被广泛认可。防御素通过介导微生物调节肠道炎症而成为抗炎治疗潜在的新靶点。文章综述了防御素在肠道炎症反应中的作用,并对防御素调控仔猪肠道炎性反应的机制进行了讨论。
