作为健康绿色养殖的新型饲料资源,中草药药渣因其毒副作用小、安全性高、不产生耐药性等特点已被畜牧业广泛关注。本文综述了中草药药渣的主要成分、发酵工艺及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为中草药药渣的研究应用提供参考。
