Deoxynivalenol (DON) is considered to be the most harmful mycotoxin that affects the intestinal health of animals and humans. Phenethyl isothiocyanate (PEITC) in feedstuff is an anti-nutritional factor and impairs nutrient digestion and absorption in the animal intestinal.
