The muscle nutrition of farm pond carp and rice field carp from Fenghuang, Yongshun and Huayuan counties were analyzed. The results showed that moisture, ash, crude protein, aspartic acid, threonine,serine, alanine, lysine, histidine, arginin in muscle of common carp from rice field had significant differences to that from pond.
