Health Education Should Be Strengthened in Physicai Education of College

针对目前高校体育教育中健康教育薄弱的实际情况,提出学校体育教学要适应新世纪社会发展的需要,在"健康第一"的思想指导下,使教学目标由过去的"增强体质"向"增进健康"和"培养终身体育意识与能力"方面转移.对学校体育在实施健康教育的过程中存在的问题进行多方位的探讨,旨在为学校体育的进一步改革提供参考依据.
