独立学院是我国高等教育办学模式的一种新探索。当前,我国独立学院的学生英语水平不高、后续英语学习目标不明确、课程特色不鲜明、英语师资力量匮乏等问题导致许多独立学院学生四级后的英语学习基本中断,这在不同程度上影响了大学英语教学的质量。因此,我们应采取相应的对策克服这些困难,使独立学院大学英语后续教学得以顺利地实施。
