In order to develop the effect of source-sink interactions of rice on their grain development, NILs in rice with different types of sink-potentials was developed by crossing between Rl126, TDX and NPB, the characteristics of NILs source-sink of rice were compared. The result showed that the agronomic traits had no differences among NILs except for grain weight, grain number per spike and seed setting rate, and their near isngenicity was fine on morphological marker.
