Effect of Different Amount of Bacillus subtilis on Nutrients of Tobacco Planting Soils

【目的】为了探索枯草芽孢杆菌对土壤肥力的影响,并确定枯草芽孢杆菌适宜的施用量.【方法】以湖南烟区主栽品种K326为试验材料,采用大田试验,研究不同枯草芽孢杆菌用量( CK: 0 kg /hm~2 ; T1: 15 kg /hm~2 ; T2: 30 kg /hm~2 ; T3: 45 kg /hm~2 )对植烟土壤养分含量的影响.【结果】施用枯草芽孢杆菌在移栽后45 d和终采后与CK差异达显著,分别增加碱解氮含量13.6 % ~ 25.3 %、23.1 % ~ 37.6 %,与枯草芽孢杆菌用量呈显著正相关;速效磷在移栽后60 d含量增加了11.4 % ~ 48.1 %,与CK差异显著,含量与枯草芽孢杆菌用量呈显著正相关;有机质的含量在移栽后45和75 d分别增加9.1 % ~ 15.2 %、14.5 % ~ 24.7 ...
