从依法治国到依法治教是教育实践工作者和研究工作者面前的迫切任务。学术型研究生作为***的高等教育人才,其法治意识关系到国家未来的法治建设。本文在依法治教的背景下,从复杂适应系统的角度分析了学术型研究生法治教育的多元培养主体,解释了研究生培养系统的复杂性特点,在充分分析系统内各个主体的行为刺激反应性基础上,进一步探讨了多主体之间的相互关系,意图使得这些主体之间形成强大的培养合力,最终高效地、协调地完善学术型研究生的法治教育培养体系。
