RAW264.7细胞用LPS预刺激后,添加从蓝莓中分离、制备的可萃取多酚 (EPP)和不可萃取多酚 (NEPP),测定EPP和NEPP对细胞NO、iNOS、COX-2分泌量的影响。结果表明:蓝莓EPP和NEPP能抑制RAW264.7细胞中NO、iNOS及COX-2的分泌量,且随着添加浓度的增加,抑制效果明显。在相同浓度下,NEPP的抑制效果优于EPP,并且好于同浓度下的阳性对照组 (TP)。这表明从蓝莓中分离、制备的NEPP同EPP一样可通过抑制NO、iNOS及COX-2的分泌表现出明显的抗炎作用。

The effects of EPP and NEPP from blueberries on the secretion of NO, iNOS, COX-2 in LPS-prestimulated RAW264.7 cells, were studied in the paper. The results showed that the secretion of NO, iNOS, COX-2 can be decreased by EPP and NEPP in the RAW264.7 cell, and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increasing of concentration. At the same concentration, the inhibitory effect of NEPP was better than that of EPP and the positive control (TP).
