运用流程管理理论，尝试构建基于流程管理的，包括活动前、活动中、活动后三个核心流程在内的高校图书馆阅读推广组织结构。该研究针对基于流程管理的阅读推广组织进行了定义，深入探讨流程管理阅读推广组织优势、流程管理组织构建原则，并解析了基于流程管理的湖南农业大学阅读推广组织结构。
