Since 2019, the COVID-19 virus has spread worldwide, posing a significant health and safety concern. The application of mobile robots in the medical field has gradually demonstrated their unique advantages. Therefore, we focus on the application of mobile robots inwards. By collating and summarizing some of the most popular existing path planning algorithms, this paper illustrates that different algorithms can produce varying outcomes depending on different environments and hardware used.
