葡萄是世界上最古老的果树树种之一，属于藤本浆果类，种质资源极其丰富，全世界范围内葡萄属种质资源有70多个种，品种资源已登记的有16 000多个。综述了目前几种主要的分子标记技术在葡萄种质资源遗传多样性研究中的应用进展，以期为今后葡萄种质资源的收集、保存、遗传多样性评价及品种间亲缘关系鉴定等研究提供科学的参考依据。
