韩礼德的系统功能语法为语篇分析提供了新思路，其中及物性分析是系统功能语法的核心部分。同时，及物性理论也对语篇原文及译文的分析具有重要指导意义。本文试图运用及物性理论来对比解读李清照的《一剪梅》及其英译文（茅于美译），从而探析语篇原文与译文的异同，进而认识译文的优点与不足。

The MSA new way for course analysis is provided by Halliday＇s Systematic-Functional Grammar,in which transitivity theory is the core part. Meanwhile, transitivity theory has its instructional significance to course analysis of original text and translation text.
