L9 (3^4) Orthogonal experimental design was used to study the solvent concentration , microwave power, extraction time and extraction number of four factors on the microwave extraction of the effects of chlorogenic acid in Acanthopanax trifoliata (L.)Merr's leaves. The results showed that the best conditions of extracting chlorogenic acid in Acanthopanax trifoliata (L.)
