The separation and purification process of flavonoids from tamarind shells by polyamide method was studied.The optimum resin and its optimum process conditions were determined by static experiments and dynamic experiments.The results indicated that polyamide was the best adsorption resin for flavonoids of tamarind shells .The optimum process conditions were that adsorption temperature was 20 ℃, adsorption time was 3 h, ethanol solvent concentration was 70%, desorption temperature was 30 ℃, desorption time was 4 h, the sample quality of resins...
