A simple approach for the preparation of carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with blue fluorescence from black rice was developed.CQDs was prepared by a combination of pyrolysis and solvothermal method and followed by dialysis,and their properties were characterized.TEM showed that the prepared CQDs had an average diameter of 3.0 nm.UV-visible spectrum indicated that the CQDs had absorption peaks at 240nm and 310nm.The fluorescence spectra showed that the prepared CQDs had the largest emission peak at 440 nm,and they were red-shifted with the red shift of the excitation wavelength.Meanwhile,results showe...
