In order to develop and make use of wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer, the effects of wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer on yields, quality and biomarker of cowpea were studied by field plot experiments. The result showed the yield and soluble sugar contents in fruits of cowpea were increased, and coarse fiber, nitrate and inferior nitrate contents in fruits of cowpea were decreased by wine lees type bio-organic fertilizer.
