杜仲(Eucommia Ulmoidues Olive)愈伤组织继代培养于MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L培养基上,在愈伤组织的增殖过程中,发现增殖周期为24 d,生长曲线呈"S"型,可溶性蛋白含量,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性在增殖周期不同的阶段有较大的差异,光照和黑暗下培养具有较相似的曲线.可溶性蛋白含量在第18天左右最高,POD、SOD的活性也在第18天左右达到高峰.

Calli of Eucommia ulmoidues was subcultured on medium MS＋ NAA 0.5 mg/L＋6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋KT 1.0 mg/ L. The results showed that proliferating circle was 24 days, growing curve was ＂S＂ type, the soluble protein content and the activities of peroxidase （POD） and superoxide dismutase （SOD） in different stages of proliferating circle had significant difference, and the growing curves of calli cultured in bright and dark were similar.
