利用化学杀雄剂进行品种选育可有效利用杂种优势,加快育种进程,在油菜育种中应用广泛。综述了油菜化学杀雄剂及其应用、化学杀雄的生理生化研究及其分子方面的研究进展,针对目前在杀雄机理方面研究不足,提出了相关的方法和建议,为油菜化学杀雄剂研究提供参考,促进其在油菜育种中的应用。
