以紫秋刺葡萄为试材，采用不同基质进行硬枝扦插，观察其成活率、根系与枝蔓生长情况。结果表明，硬枝扦插以河沙+砻糠灰处理愈伤组织诱导率及生根率最高，分别达到95.60%和75.00%；嫩枝扦插以砻糠灰的愈伤组织诱导率和生根率最高，分别为85.00%和76.67%。
