设计了一种 10 m^2层架循环履带式发酵箱,该发酵箱分为箱体、发酵床和辅助设施3 部分;其中,箱体由防火彩钢板制作,发酵床为双床3层不锈钢床架结构,辅助设备主要由净化空气供应与加热系统、排风系统、喷雾调湿系统和消毒灭菌系统组成,各系统均能实现自动调控.经温度调控、湿度调节、消毒灭菌等效果测定,发酵箱整体性能稳定可靠.经食用菌、丝状真菌和芽孢杆菌发酵试验测定,该设备能满足不同种类菌生长繁殖对环境的要求,发酵效果与小瓶通气发酵效果相当或略强.

In this study, a type of 10 m2 layered circuit pedrail fermentation box was designed and manufactured, and its temperature, humidity, aseptic performance and fermentation effect were measured. The fermentation box is composed of three parts such as box body, fermentation bed and auxiliary facilities. The box body is made of fireproof color steel.
