Observation of Flower Bud Differentiation of Red Globe Grape

以红地球葡萄为试材，采用石蜡切片法制作切片并观察红地球花芽分化的进程。结果表明：长沙地区红地球葡萄冬芽内主芽花芽分化的主要时期可分为4个时期，分别为未分化期（6月3日前）、花序原基分化期（6月3日至7月8日）、小穗原基分化期（7月8日至8月12日）和休眠期。

Red globe grape was used as material, the process of flower bud differentiation was observed with the paraffin section method.
