根据环境库兹涅茨理论假说,选取洞庭湖区1995~2015年的农业生产数据,测算了农业面源污染来源之一的农膜的污染量,建立起洞庭湖区农业经济发展水平与农膜排污量的计量经济模型,对二者关系进行了环境库兹涅茨曲线验证。结果表明,农膜施用量与农业经济增长之间存在某种程度的＂倒U型＂关系,最后依据研究结果,提出了完善环境监管体系、加大农膜财政补贴力度和增强农民环保意识的相关对策建议。
