为了提高农业专家信息服务系统的服务效能,设计了1种农业专家信息服务推荐模型,模型基于混合的推荐算法,按照农业专家与待处理农业问题的适配度计算农业专家的推荐评分,得出专家推荐列表;还设计了1套农业专家绩效评估的办法,对农业专家的业务能力和工作效果进行评估,最后用评估结果对之前的专家推荐评分进行加权回归调整,得到一个更加优化的农业专家推荐列表。

In order to improve the service effect of agricultural expert information service system, An agricultural expert information service recommendation model is presented. The model is based on a mixed recommendation algorithm. The agricultural experts＇ recommendation scores are calculated according to the matching degree between the agricultural experts and the agricultural issues to be solved, a list of recommended agricultural experts was generated from high to low.
