Difference of Influence Factors of Agricultural Land Circulation——A Case Study of Poverty-Stricken Areas and Non-Poverty-Stricken Areas in Hunan

通过分析2015年湖南省贫困地区和非贫困地区农地流转的相关数据,建立农地流转面积与15个影响因素的多元回归方程,对比分析得出湖南省不同地区农地流转影响因素的差异,结果表明:在贫困地区第三产业生产总值与教育水平等因素对农地流转有促进作用;而在非贫困地区长期稳定的农林牧渔业企业个数的增长有利于农地流转的发展。针对如何推进农地流转在各地区的发展提出政策性建议。

Through the analysis of the related data of the rural land transfer in the poverty-stricken and non-poverty-stricken areas of Hunan Province in 2015, based on the multiple regression equation of the rural land transfer area and the 15 influencing factors, the difference of the influencing factors of rural land transfer in different regions of Hunan province was obtained through comparative analysis.
