Study on the Willingness of Family Farms to Drive the Development of Small Farmers and Its Influencing Factors

充分发挥家庭农场的辐射带动作用，助推小农户与现代农业有机衔接，对乡村振兴战略实施具有重要意义。基于湖南长株潭等地区典型家庭农场的调研数据，利用二元选择Logit模型，从家庭农场负责人特征、经营类特征和外部环境特征等方面，实证分析家庭农场带动小农户发展的意愿及影响因素。结果表明：家庭农场负责人的年龄、文化程度、家庭农场的农产品品牌形象、经营效益、农业保险参与度和政府支农资金力度等因素正向影响其带动意愿；而土地流转障碍、融资约束、雇工成本提高等因素则制约其带动意愿。因此，加强政府引导与现代化要素投入能够激发家庭农场带动小农户发展的意愿。
