工业旅游作为"旅游+工业"的一种产业新业态,在加快产业创新发展、促进城市文化保护传承、培育新经济增长动力等方面具有独特作用。以株洲市为案例地,基于旅游体验理论和RMP昂普分析方法,构建符合城市工业资源特征及发展趋势的分析模型,结合株洲文化和旅游资源普查的田野调查,从资源、市场和产品等角度实证分析区域工业旅游开发的现状与问题,提出合理保护开发、实现可持续发展,加强顶层设计、精准定位市场,创新产品设计、增强体验互动等建议,以为株洲市和其他地区开发工业旅游提供参考。
