Study on callus induction of Gerbera jamesonii receptacle developed at different stages

采用处于不同发育时期的非洲菊花托作为外植体,以1/2MS+6-BA 10mg/L+NAA 1mg/L为诱导分化培养基进行组织培养研究.结果表明,花托的发育期直接影响愈伤组织的分化,以处于显蕾初期直径为0.7cm以下的头状花序的花托诱导效果最好,随着花序直径的增大,分化诱导率降低,感染率增高.

Flora receptacles of Gerbera jamesonii developed at different stages were used as explants, and 1/2MS ＋ 10mg/L 6-BA＋ 1.0mg/L NAA medium was applied on the callus induction.
