【目的】探讨椰子萌芽过程中吸器内含物的变化规律,为提高椰子种果发芽率及促进椰子产业可持续发展提供参考依据。【方法】统计新鲜成熟的本地高种和红矮椰子吸器发育过程中椰果的果实重量、纵横径、水含量、椰肉厚度及吸器重量和纵横径,使用紫外分光光度计测定,并分析本地高种椰子吸器萌发过程中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及可溶性蛋白和多酚含量等各组变化情况。【结果】椰果内的液态胚乳随着椰子吸器发育过程中体积与重量的增大逐渐减少直至完全被吸收,白色硬质状椰肉逐渐被吸收软化且变褐色;多酚和可溶性蛋白含量逐渐减少,SOD和POD活性呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;内含物间具...
